Turnaround

The turnaround time on your order with TigerBlue starts when you've paid in full. We have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, correct tag files, all the fonts needed for editable tags, all shipping info, etc.) & your Mocks have been approved.

Delay in receipt of *any* of this info could result in production delays. Most Mocks are sent within 24 to 72 hours after receiving payment and all necessary information. Our current turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. A delay in the approval of mockups could also result in production delays. Each finishing service (printed tags, hem tags, etc.) will add extra time to the turnaround on orders, adding roughly two days per finishing to the turnaround time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice.

If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order, and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete it under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may be unable to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of TigerBlue's control (i.e.: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.

Minimums

All minimums for TigerBlue are listed independently through our website, but an approximate condensed version is:

- 1 to 3 Ink Colors: 24 Pieces Minimum

- 4 to 6 Ink Colors: 48 Pieces Minimum

- 7 to 10 Ink Colors: 144 Pieces Minimum

- Any Order with Finishings: 144 Pieces Minimum

- Process Printing: Depending on Complexity, either 144 or 288 Pieces Minimum

Please contact us if you have any questions about our minimums that cannot be answered in the information above or on our website.

Terms

Orders must be paid in full before the order begins unless otherwise approved by TigerBlue staff. If you pay via check, the turnaround time clock on your order will begin once your check clears.Example: Apex, Inc. emails TigerBlue about placing a T-Shirt order. TigerBlue sends Apex a Quote. Apex approves the quote, and TigerBlue sends an Invoice. Apex waits three weeks, then pays for the order. Once payment is received, TigerBlue places the order on the schedule.

Artwork

Many times, our customers come to us with less-than-ideal artwork. While we can print from low-quality images taken from your website, it's essential to understand that anything designed for a website is far from print quality. If you want your logo to go from a web graphic to a full-front t-shirt print, you want to use something other than a web graphic. Your printed garments can only be as good as your original artwork. If you provide us with poor artwork, some adjustments will be necessary to make it print-ready, and sometimes this means re-drawing your artwork using a professional design program.

Artwork File Guidelines: We love it when our customers have professionally designed, quality vector artwork!
All files must be 300 DPI (.psd or .pdf with all layers) or in vector format. The design needs to be sent to the size you would like it to print. The text must be converted to outlines. Printing can only be as good as artwork.

TigerBlue will not be responsible for poor-quality printing due to poor artwork. TigerBlue will not be responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it.

We have exceptional equipment capabilities our custom printing techniques are tops in the industry! Good design can be simple or complex, depending on the details associated with your print project.

Our design and illustration skills go unmatched in our industry.

We have created unique apparel designs for hundreds of businesses, non-profits, retail stores, and companies. We can work with your ideas and garment preferences while still respecting your budget, using superior design and print capabilities to create a perfect design for you. We DO NOT offer art-only services. To protect our brand and the quality of our products, we must provide apparel and printing for any designs we do. We do not send out our master art files.

We charge $65.00 for a front-only design and $110.00 for the Front and back.

To start a design, we will need to know the style and color of the shirt you need and your logo (please send us the logo in a vector file format: .ai or .eps). Do you want a front only or a front and back-design? What would you like to include in your artwork: Gym name, team name(s)? Do you have a theme? Is there a slogan, phrase, or hashtag that needs to be included?

Or you can also fill out the design request form at our website: https://www.tigerblue.com/design-request-form2.html

We encourage you to visit our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Pinterest page to choose any artwork(s) you like. Even one element or design style can help us create something unique you'll love!

Art Approval | Order Proofing

All artwork is to be approved via a digital mockup through email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is important to look over every detail of the mockup, as this is how your garments will print.

TigerBlue will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup could result in production delays.

Max Imprint Sizes
Please note that not all shirts are sewn exactly the same. The following dimensions are to be used for reference as a "safe" zone to avoid printing on any seams or edges.
- Youth Tank Tops - 10" W x 13" H
- Adult Tank Tops - 11" W x 15" H
- Unisex Youth T-shirt - 12" W x 14" H
- Unisex Adult T-shirt - 13" W x 16" H

*NOTE: Any print that goes over a seam can result in imperfections in the print. (Which can be very cool-looking if you're into that.)

About print size: "We've got your back." But please note that unless otherwise requested, our standard procedure is to print the same size design across youth and adult sizes, which allows for approx. 11" x 15" on Tank tops and 13" x 16 on t-shirts.

If two different artwork sizes are desired, one for youth and a larger one for adults, please add a set of screen fees ($40.00 for the Front or $75.00 for the Front & Back). And each group will be priced separately and according to its quantity.
For Example, you ordered a total of 100 shirts, but 50 are adults, and 50 are youth. Each group is a separate job, and the price is based on the quantity of 50, not 100.

Out of Stock Items
TigerBlue is not responsible for items that are out of stock. While we check items, we know to have potential stock issues. All garments are ordered after your order is placed, and we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements and get them approved by you before using your chosen item.

Collar & Seam Printing
Although TigerBlue has the latest equipment available, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing near or over the collar, seams, or any other edges. Any large prints may run the risk of going over the sleeve seam. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered for reprints.

Hoodie Printing
Although TigerBlue has the latest equipment available, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over the zipper, pockets, or any other uneven surfaces. TigerBlue will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.

Specific Measurements When Printing
Even though TigerBlue's printers have over 20 years of experience, there is no way to effectively and efficiently measure the distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you request a print 2" down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to ensure that all shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit precisely at 2". They may be off by as much as an inch in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint, and TigerBlue will not reprint or refund these shirts.

Changes to Your Order After Payment
Any change made to your order that is not due to a stock issue on behalf of the stock suppliers will be subject to a change fee of $50.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are confident that's what you want. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts to work on different aspects of the job. Changes become costly and time-consuming.
Example: Apex places an order for 100 Anvil 980 shirts in Black. TigerBlue then orders the shirts to prepare for printing. Two days later, Apex wants to change the order to now print on 100 Anvil 980 White tees. TigerBlue has to re-write the order, ship the black shirts back to the supplier (paying a 20% restocking fee + shipping costs), and then pay to have them ship new shirts out.

Cancellations & Restocking Fees
Cancellations made after an order has been placed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments (tag removal, printed tags, printing, hem tagging, etc.) has begun on the order.
Example: Apex places an order for 99 shirts. TigerBlue then orders the shirts to prepare for printing. Two days later, Apex must cancel the order (for any reason). TigerBlue has to return the shirts to the manufacturer, incurring shipping fees and restocking fees. TigerBlue refunds Apex for their order minus necessary cancellation fees.

Must-Have Dates
TigerBlue will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. The customer may be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.

Shipping TigerBlue cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
Examples: UPS cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather. | UPS delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time.

Holidays
Just like you, we like to spend the holidays with our families and friends. For that reason, we are closed for the following holidays. These days will not be considered operational business days and will not count towards turnaround time:
- New Year's Day (January 1).
- The Day after New Year (January 2).
- Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. (Third Monday in January).
- Washington's Birthday (Third Monday in February).
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May).
- Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19).
- Independence Day (July 4).
- Labor Day (First Monday in September).
- Columbus Day (Second Monday in October).
- Veterans Day (November 11).
- Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November).
- The Day after Thanksgiving (Fourth Friday in November).
- Christmas Eve (December 24).
- Christmas Day (December 25).
- New Year's Eve (December 31).

Under-Runs & Spoilage
Nobody is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes. Due to the nature of the screen-printing process, on rare occasions, we might misprint one or two items of your order. When this happens, the accepted industry standard practice allows under-runs or spoilage for up to 4% on jobs of 145 or more shirts per design and up to 8% on jobs of less than 144 pieces. We always do our best to get you what you ordered, but please keep this in mind. If exact counts are needed, please order a few extra shirts. If misprints are made, we will refund the cost of any items shorted from your order, but we will not reprint them.

TigerBlue will not, at any time, be responsible for any lost profits on items shorted from your order. Example: If you paid $12.50 per shirt but sold them for $25.00, TigerBlue is only responsible for the $12.50 you would have paid us.

Claims & Reprints
We go to great lengths to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. All our customers are valued, regardless of size, and we want you all to know that. If TigerBlue is responsible for any errors in your order or if it was printed differently than the approved mockup, we will gladly accept responsibility. We do not offer refunds but will grant you a reprint of the defective products.

All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Unfortunately, because we have limited time to reprint, if you do not open the claim within the allowed time frame, we may be unable to investigate your claim. Please email sales[at]TigerBlue[dot]com to submit your claim.

We will require that you ship the misprinted shirts back to our shop (we will provide you with a UPS label and will cover shipping costs).

TigerBlue will not be responsible for any shirts sold or given away before returning the order. Example: If you order 100 shirts and you've sold 15, but then you discover a print defect, and you return only 85 shirts to TigerBlue, we are only responsible for the reprinting of the remaining 85 shirts.

Returned Checks
There will be a $45.00 returned check fee.

Pricing
TigerBlue reserves the right to change pricing without notice. Example: Apex, Inc. looks at the pricing on TigerBlue's website on Monday. On Tuesday, TigerBlue changes the pricing on their website due to rising cotton prices. Later that day, Apex, Inc. contacts TigerBlue unaware that the prices have changed since the day before. Apex, Inc. places an order and is charged the most up-to-date pricing.

Re-Orders
If you would like to place a reorder of your design, there will be a screen set up charge of $40.00 for the Front or $75.00 for the Front & Back. The minimum reorder is 24 pieces and will be priced based on the reorder quantity, not the original price.
For Example: If you ordered 200 shirts, and two weeks later, you need to order 24 more, these will be priced at the 24 price level, not the 200 level.

Garment Disclaimer
TigerBlue is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.

Some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after its initial manufacturing period. This is done for any number of reasons, including color correction, clearing out of colors that didn't sell (purple shirts aren't selling so the manufacturer dyes them black to sell them as black shirts), etc. Because of this factor, TigerBlue cannot 100% guarantee exact color consistency on coloring with discharge printing or discharge-based services (Premium Standard). This is most noticeable on white ink prints (showing a slight off-white tinge), but can sometimes be seen with other colors. If you are concerned about the possibility of over-dying on a garment you are interested in or would like more information or alternate print methods, please contact us. We will be glad to provide you with any information that may help you avoid this issue.

Satisfaction Clause
TigerBlue will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel any customer to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing. Blank samples will not credit to the cost of your order.

Quality Assurance
We try to check every garment as it comes off of the press, but there are times when some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry-standard 72-hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. TigerBlue will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods. TigerBlue also will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. While TigerBlue does quality checks on the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.
