Print size: Unless otherwise requested, our standard procedure is to print the same size design across youth and adult sizes, allowing for approximately 11" x 15" on Tank tops and 13" x 16 on t-shirts. If two different artwork sizes are desired, one for youth and a larger one for adults, please add a set of screen fees ($40.00 for the Front or $75.00 for the Front & Back). And each group will be priced separately and according to its quantity.
For Example, you ordered 100 shirts, but 50 are adults, and 50 are youth. Each group is a separate job, and the price is based on the quantity of 50, not 100.
Reorders: If you would like to place a reorder of your design, there will be a screen setup charge of $40.00 for the front or $75.00 for the front and back. The minimum reorder is 24 pieces, and these items will be priced based on the quantity ordered, not on the original price.
For Example, If you ordered 200 shirts, and two weeks later, you need to order 24 more, these will be priced at the 24 price level, not the 200 level.
Mis-Print Allowance: A standard acceptable industry practice for screen printing allows for up to 5% miss-prints/spoilage in orders of 144 pieces or less and up to 3% in orders of more than 145 pieces (at no cost to TigerBlue Apparel). If exact counts are needed, please order a few extra shirts. If misprints are made, we will credit back the cost of the shirt, but we will not replace or re-print them. Missing Items: Sometimes, items can be missing during shipping. If this happens, please be aware that we do not replace missing or lost items but issue refunds for them. If your order is missing any items, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue and process a refund if necessary.
